Spherion has an immediate need for a highly professional field Sales/Business Development professional. This is a Direct role with a world class industry leader.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build relationships with key stakeholders within the B2B Business Services industry.
• Attend in person sales meetings with Construction leaders across New England
• Use consultative sales techniques such as Sandler to sell Consultative Business and HR Services.
• Serve existing accounts, ensuring premier customer service & order fulfillment needs are being met
• Gain in depth knowledge of our business and offerings.
• Educate customers and prospects about or service lines.
• Travel throughout New England region to call on customers and attend scheduled appointments

Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday

Pay: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
